If the course is eligible for CE credits, attendees’ profiles will automatically update with a record of the credits they have earned. They can then print off customized certificates, should they need to submit their credits elsewhere. If your members complete CEUs through other parties or methods, they can enter these into their online profile and track their progress.

Members have the ability to choose whether to display their contact details, bio, photo and social media profiles on the association’s website. Directories can be viewable publicly, or by members only.

Welcome messages, confirmation emails, certificates, invoices and receipts are all automatically generated through Dashboard, so members and new members receive prompt service with no additional work from your team.

With Dash, members are easily able to adjust their email preferences and subscriptions as they wish. You can create as many or as few lists as you like, so that members can subscribe to newsletters, event eblasts, or no eblasts at all. Dash will record their preferences and consent to receive communications, so there is always a record of compliance with anti-spam legislation. Your eblast service provider can be linked with Dash so that mailing lists will update automatically.

Reduce incoming member calls and emails by incorporating a Zendesk knowledgebase into your website. Serving as a searchable, accessible FAQ area, the knowledgebase provides quick answers to your members’ questions – meaning your staff have more time to focus on the bigger picture. When members start typing an email to your office via ‘Contact Us’, the knowledgebase will highlight suggested articles based on their subject line, allowing them to locate an answer before they have even finished writing to you.

Communication with your member is made easier than ever through our Zendesk add-on. Zendesk is a customer service software solution that integrates with your member database. When your office receives an email from a member, Zendesk displays their membership history and event registrations alongside the email – making it quick and easy for you to identify them and take immediate action in their member account. A record of their emails is stored in their Dash profile, so staff are able to see a history of prior communications.

With our partner Zendesk, we create community forums that integrate with members’ user profiles. Members can post, comment and share with each other directly through your website.

Event set up is quick and simple in Dash, and each event can be tailored as appropriate. Staff can set an event capacity and choose to close registration once capacity is reached, or can easily adjust registration deadlines at any time depending on requirements. Tickets can be charged based on member and non-member pricing, and can be customized to allow complimentary registrations, instructor/speaker registrations, or special pricing for individuals as needed using an ‘override’ function. Tickets can be issued for groups or tables, as well as individuals and guests. Discounts, bulk pricing and early bird rates are also supported. Events will automatically appear on your website calendar with a click of a button.

With Dash, you are able to keep a clear record of who has registered for each event. Our ‘Who’s Coming?’ function allows you to display the guest list online, should you choose to do so. The ‘identified guests’ function also allows you to pull attendance lists for name badges and other event materials as required, reducing manual work in the busy days leading up to the big event. Should a company register a group of attendees and wish to change their attendees at late notice, this can easily be managed.

Attendees will be able to note down any specific requirements, such as dietary requests and allergies, at the time of registration. These notes are recorded in Dash and are easily viewable as you begin your event preparation.

Using the CMS, you are able to easily add blog posts and sort them by categories, date, or tags. There is no limit to the number of categories you can create. Blogs will automatically appear on your website in chronological order.

A news feed is a great way to get the word out about your association's latest developments and keep your homepage up to date. Creating a news item is easy as selecting 'News > Create' in the content management system, then entering your text. Once published, it will automatically appear on the RSS feed and on the homepage. Posts appear in chronological order, so there is no need to manually sort.

The CMS allows you to set web pages as member-only, enhancing the value of your membership.

Users can choose to log in to your site with their Facebook, Twitter or Google account details, making it easier for them to share links to your website on their social media pages.

Sponsors are able to log in to their account to update the primary contact, or to assign event passes to people within their organization.

Sell sponsorships directly through your website, making it easy to collect payment and keep track of companies who have or have not renewed their sponsorship. Sponsor history is recorded for your reference.

We take you through common processes step by step, so staff can take a refresher course should they have trouble remembering how to complete a certain task. Our staff will be on hand to coordinate virtual (or in-person) training sessions with your team to make sure you are comfortable with all functionalities of the system. 15 hours of initial virtual training during your website launch period are included in our packages as standard. Further regular training sessions can be tailored to your specific needs.
